I understand that any information provided within NBPC Online and the Team NBPC Facebook group is general in nature and is not a substitute for, nor a replacement of, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

I understand that Nick Bennett Performance Coaching recommends I/my child should consult a doctor or allied health professional before starting any fitness or nutrition programs to determine if they are right for my/my child's needs.

I understand Nick Bennett Performance Coaching may take video or photos of myself/my child during training and competitions and provide consent for these images/videos to be used for marketing and educational purposes only. If I would like my/my child's image not to be taken or for it to be removed from any digital assets I will provide Nick Bennett Performance Coaching with a written letter stating as such.
