Our memberships are yearly (paid in full) or weekly (automated direct debits). The Weekly option will be paid from the credit card or PayPal account you choose each week from the day you signed up. Yearly will be paid from the credit card or PayPal account you choose each year on the day you signed up.

There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation waiting periods for any NBPC memberships. You can cancel anytime. There are no refunds for missed sessions. However you can still book these sessions via the email [email protected].

Please email [email protected] and request the link to sign up any additional family members for the 10% discount.

Yes. Requests to put a membership on hold must be emailed to [email protected] with your reasoning and timeframe required.
Remember commitment to regular training is the key requirement to athletes achieving their goals.

If extended sickness or injury occur we can pause your membership. Email [email protected] to organise this. Sessions missed due to sickness or injury without notifying us may be forfeit.
We generally recommend athletes continue training in a modified way when injuries occur, because rest is usually not the best option.
Speak with Nick about whether you should book in with our squad physiotherapist. 

All payments are automated and will continue unless we are notified to pause your membership. Sessions missed without notifying us you are going away may be forfeit.

Yes. You have 8 weeks to make up missed sessions before they are forfeit. There are no refunds for missed sessions. Please book missed sessions using the booking portal or via email at [email protected].

All you have to do is sign up for the new level of membership you want, then cancel the current membership that no longer suits your schedule. Please be aware the initial payment for the new membership will be taken immediately from the date you sign up to the new membership.

If Nick goes away for 3 or more days in any week, your membership can either be paused or missed sessions transferred ahead.
We recommend reviewing the training calendar each month for updates. 
Training sessions are available in the members portal for self-training when Nick is away.

Training is always on unless you feel it is too dangerous to drive in. All training locations have undercover or indoor facilities.
We sometimes train in the rain if there is no lightning, as we often have to compete in the rain.

Yes. Additional sessions can be booked for Athletic Advantage & Competitive Edge memberships.
Just book using the members portal and pay via bank transfer. Email [email protected] for bank details. Additional sessions for members are $20 each.

You can download the Kajabi app from your phone's app store. Then login with your details to access to members portal.

2. Login in using your email and password and press “Get Started”. If you want to remain logged in tick “Remember Me”.
3. On iPhone – press the up arrow in the bottom centre of the browser screen then scroll down and press “Add to Home Screen”.
   On Android – press the 3 dots in the top right corner of the browser and press “Add to Home Screen”.
